Envisage A Winner

More than 40 pro-labs have supported Envisage, Fujifilm Professional's business development initiative, which began its second year with the presentation of Business Awards to photographers at Focus.

These labs have been listed on the www.fujifilmenvisage.co.uk website and will also be included in the Envisage members' directory which will be mailed exclusively to all 400+ photographer members.

Envisage offers business development support to social photographers and in 2002/3 included a promotional initiative in a top consumer wedding title as well as a stand at the Ideal Home Show. Both promoted the benefits of using a professional photographer to consumers.

So how have these labs benefited from this programme? Matthew Latto, sales and marketing manager from Leach Colour in Brighouse is in no doubt of the positive impact of Envisage.

"Envisage is 'trade supporting trade' - and the outcome will be more work and more profit for both photographers and labs. We attended one of the seminars which was just buzzing with ideas and creativity. We talked about our services to the photographer members of Envisage and everyone left feeling really fired up about how beneficial Envisage will be for wedding and portrait photographers and labs.
