The Fuji DryPix link converts data from non-DICOM modalities (such as FCR Image Reader, CT or MRI) and transmits it via the network to the Fuji Dry Imager.
Highlights of DryPix LINK are:
Converts non-DICOM modality image to DICOM for DICOM Print: imaging modalities using a direct-connect printer can now net-connect to a DICOM imager.
All validated interfacing specifications currently in use for FM-DPL and/or DryPix 3000/1000 are inherited: because DryPix LINK uses exactly the same interface boards and technique currently used, all modality connectivity information can continue to be used.
Older generation FCR can now go DICOM: FCR 9000 and/or AC-3 series can now join the DICOM-net environment.
