• Any images that are deemed to be indecent or offensive in nature will not be returned, and Fuji Photo Film reserves the right to take appropriate action. In these circumstances, the media card will be sent back to the owner in its received condition.
• Fuji Photo Film (UK) Ltd cannot accept liability for any incidental losses (such as cost of photography or the loss of income from photography) incurred as a result of faults with this service.
• Fuji Photo Film (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for media that is not sent recorded delivery.
