The image recovery tools and software that we use ensures that there is no risk or damage to your media or any further loss of files.
All recovered files are saved to a CD-ROM and returned to you, with your media card correctly formatted.
In the event that we cannot recover any images from your media, it will be returned to you in its original condition at no charge.

Please do not send any payment until we contact you with the results of the recovery process.
Please enclose a brief covering letter stating; name, address, email address and telephone number.
