“Point and click is all you need to do – this clever snapper recognises faces and focuses on them. There are plenty of other features if you want to explore, otherwise the toughest choice is which colour to pick: pink, blue, red, black, green, dark green or orange.”The Independent - November 2007

What’s hot…“This camera is functional, fun and fashionable, and will no doubt be on many people’s wish-list this Christmas."
Daily Express - November 2007
“If you’re after the latest must-have in the camera world then check out the new 7.2 megapixel FinePix Z10fd from Fujifilm… This stylish digital camera can be slipped into your jeans pocket or simply hung around your neck. Uploading pictures is easy and it’s available in seven colours.”First - October 2007
"This is a brilliant price for this 7.2-megappixel model. In a range of funky colours - Hot Pink, Wave Blue, Flame Red, Sunset Orange, Moss green and Midnight Black - it's very stylish. It has Blog Mode and also has an Auction Option for eBay which allows you to group up to four images together in a single frame, so there's no need to pay extra fees for single shots."FHM - November 2007
"Aimed at those who update their Facebook more often than their work diary, the Z10 defies its price tag by being stuffed with goodies such as infrared connectivity and auto picture formatting (great for blogging or eBay). Great look and feel and extremely easy to use."T3 - December 2007
"Fujifilm's always proved a reliable source of imaging devices, rolling out solid camera after solid camera. Its rivals may make slimmer and sexier models than this, but the latest Finepix jobbie is a true budget wonder. At £130, the FinePix Z10fd is at the lower-end of the price spectrum but it still shoehorns in an honest-to-goodness smattering of photographic wizardy. Seven megapixels and a 3x optical zoom may be par for the course, but face detection and 1600 ISO are more like an albatross or eagle, or some other sort of golfing score with a daft name
Pushing the Z10fd through a gruelling regimen of urban and countryside image-grabbing garners impressive results. Shots are sharp and clear, with vivid colours, while built-in red-eye removal will, more often than not, stop your old nan looking like a crzed death banshee, gawd bless her.
After lining shots up on the 2.5-inch screen and zapping them to the 54MB memory or an xD or SD card, pics can be transferred to another camera with Fuji's 'IrSimple' wireless, although the usefullness of that is, shall we say, "arguable".
Better features are the slide-open lens cover, and, check this, a mode that takes four images in one frame, so you only have to pay for one uploaded pic on eBay. Nice.
Although the Z10fd won't be on pro-snappers' Christmas wish lists, the £130 price tag ensures that anyone after a cheap, simple-to-use, robust camera will want to have a look."

"For the kids, there's the Z10fd, which come in seven colours to match its seven megapixels, and has a blog mode for taking snaps optimized for MyBook and FaceSpace."She - December 2007
"This 7.2 megapixel camera not only looks the part (thin, petite and available in seven colours) but acts it too - it resizes images so they're internet-ready and records movies in YouTube-friendly mode. You can wirelesly transfer you pics to another z10fd so sharing photos with friends is simple. The flash is just as clever: it removes red eye, prevents images from bleaching out, and takes two photos simultaneously so you can choose the lighting you prefer - great for parties."IT Reviews - November 2007
“Smart and sexy camera with teen appeal… If you had any lingering doubts about whether this camera was specifically targeted as a teen machine, then they will be instantly dismissed when you look at some of the new extras included in the menus. The most notable of these are the Auction mode which will group a series of pictures ready for upload to eBay and the Blog mode which will shrink the size of your images ready to be uploaded to such popular chat and sharing sites as FaceBook, MySpace and YouTube. In addition, the 16 scene modes contain options like Night, Museum, Snow (all snowboarders say ‘Yay!’), Beach and of course Party. To further enhance the party spirit, there’s an automatic Face Detection facility which will identify up to 10 faces in the frame, focus on them and balance the lighting conditions. ”What Digital Camera - December 2007
